Abstract
The formation of the particular loops on the wall of the low pressure glow discharge tube contained the rare are affected not only the heating action but also the strong electrostatic force.
The metallic particles which sputtered from the electrode are possessed the non-negative charges and on the tube wall the negative charges are uniformly distributed. Therefore, the loops are formed on the region which the potential balancing are established. But, because of the island structure and other experimental conditions, the loops are generally complicated.
