Abstract | 日常食の調理の学習において、従来の授業では、基本的な知識や技能を教え込み,教えた通りに調理実習をさせるという方法を用いてきた。しかし、一方的な教えこみの授業では必要な調理技術と知識を十分に身に付けることができていなかった。そこで、探究的に学ぶ機会や協同的な学習場面を多くすることで生徒の課題解決に向けての意欲を高め、生活に生かせる「やりくり」の思考を育むことができる授業を考え、実践した。
In the learning of cooking everyday food, in the conventional lessons, the method of teaching basic knowledge and skills and having them practice cooking as taught has been used. However, in the one-sided teaching class, I could not fully acquire the necessary cooking skills and knowledge. Therefore, by increasing the opportunities for exploratory learning and collaborative learning situations, we considered and practiced lessons that could motivate students to solve problems and foster thinking that can be utilized in their daily lives.
