| Abstract | 近現代の重要性が叫ばれているが，日本が経験した5つの戦争について単にその原因や背景を知ることが目的ではない。現代日本のおいたちを知り，今日の平和と将来の平和を世界規模で考えることが大切である。近現代史をできるだけ主体的に学ぶ方法はないかいくつかの方法を試みてみた。1つは逆学習，1つは近現代なぞかけづくり，1つはファミリーヒストリーである。 / The significance of modern history has been advoccated, but just learning the causes of five wars Japan went through is not the aim of its study. When considering globally what peace means today and what it will mean in the future, it is important to recognize how modern Japan was built. We tried three ways to acctively teach sutudents modern history. The first method was backward learning, the second method was composing modern history riddles, and the third method was researching family member’s war experiences.
