安全に留意した保健体育における授業のやりくり

学校生活で起こる傷害の多くは運動部の活動や体育の授業など運動中に発生しており， 本校も例外ではない。意欲や技能に着目した授業研究は比較的多く発表されているが， 安全面に着目したものは少ないように思われる。事故や傷害の発生要因を客観的に見つめ， 原因をつかみ， それぞれの要因に対して適切な対策を立てるなど安全に対する意識を高めていくことは今後の人生において大変意義深いと考える。そこで保健学習の中で起こり得る傷害の事例を考えさせることで今後の体育実技のみならず部活動などの課外活動や日々の生活での意識づけを継続して行うことで傷害の防止に役立てることを目的とし， 安全に留意した保健体育の授業や体育的活動のやりくりの実践を報告する。 / According to the report entitled “Prevention of accidents during the physical education classes in schools” by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, most of the injuries in the school life have occurred during the sports club activities or class hours of physical education. The situation is the same also in Tottori University Junior High School. It seems that few studies have been made for physical education classes focusing on the avoidance of injuries, though there are many studies on the classes focusing on the willingness or skills. Analyzing the causes of accidents or injuries and nurturing awareness for those possible dangers in our daily life are important for all the students. We have tried to let students discuss possible injuries that might occur in schools one another in the health education classes, so that students can maintain cares for the possible accidents and injuries on a regular basis. In this report, we will report cases of the health education classes conducted in Tottori University Junior High School under this policy.
