| Abstract | The aim of the research was to evaluate discrepancies regarding recommendation degrees in imaging among the guidelines in the obstetrical and gynecological fileds. Twenty-nine clinical questions （CQ） were assessed. Discrepancies were found among the 4 CQs, and subtle discrepancies were found among the 2CQs. The causes of these discrepancies may be due to different view points when making CQs for each guideline, as well as the influence of the subjectivity in deciding the recommendation degrees.
