マットレスの保温効果についての一考察

ⅰ）掛布団は同じくして、敷布団の厚い薄いによる皮膚温の変化は気温が比較的高く23℃以上のときはあまり関係なく敷布団を通しての伝導する放熱は少なくマットレスの使用と、マットレスの無い場合とでは皮膚温にはあまり影響はみられなかった。気温が比較的低いときはマットレスによる皮膚温上昇効果が明らかにみられ就寝時にはその効果は大きい。 ⅱ）30℃にては背部の皮膚温は時間経過とともに上昇の傾向にあるが他の部位は時間経過につれて下降している。 ⅲ）各気温を通して胸部よりの放熱は他の部位よりも少ない。この寝具構成では掛布団を通しての放熱は少ないと思われる。 / The capacity of Poly-Urethane mattress used in bed for keeping-warmth was examined under the con-dition of atmospheric temperature ranging fron 0℃ to 30℃. It was found that its capacity was excellent in the case of rather low atmospheric temperature (0°~5℃), especially for the part of the back and legs. But under the moderate atmospheric temperature (22°~30℃）, the effect of using the mattress is uncertain. This is might be due to the effect of the much heat-emission by conduction at rather low atmospheric temperature and of the effect of perspi-ration at moderate temperature.
