Natural science","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"The structures of the thin films of zinc, copper and brass containing 10,20,30 and 40 percent of zinc which were prepared by evaporation in helium gas at low presure were investigated. 1) The size and shape of the fine particles of these metals prepared by flash evaporation in helium gas did not change with the presure of helium gas.
