の指導を可能にする場として放課後等デイサービスに注目し，職員に対するオンラインスタッフ・トレーニングプログラムを開発・実施することを目的とした。ASD のある児童を担当する2 名の放課後等デイサービス職員が10 セッションからなるプログラムに参加した。参加者はプログラム中，それぞれの担当児童についてDSL の指導計画を作成し実際に職場で実施した。結果，参加者の対象児は設定されたDSL
