Budan is experimentally examined for various circuit constants, and the results are theoretically considered. The results are summarized as follows. ⅰ) A dead zone is observed in output curves for larger interconnecting capacitances and less bias voltages. ⅱ) The expression for the output pulse is derived theoretically, which well explains the various output pulse rate obtained experimentally.
