In this paper, the author who has been studying on this problem, presents some theoretical and experimental results obtained concerning this problem. In the first part of this paper, are treated the validity of using the distribution line itself as the medium for the carrier frequcncy controlling signals, and it is concluded that it is most adequate for this purpose, under the condiction that appropriate carrier frequencies as well as several special circuit arrangements are used.
