It is required to promote health education about sleeping. It is not easy to change lifestyle habits of which one has continued. Some would try to change their lifestyle habits temporarily, but continuation of the good lifestyle habits is difficult. Planning lessons on sleeping considering students' “feeling of life” may lead to students’ behavioral change or enhancement of students’ motivations. Furthermore, completion of self-monitoring sheet with setting specific goals facilitates students’ action. As a result of the classes there were some students who improved their lifestyle habits for more than a half year.
