Two scales, the EESR (Empathic Experience Scale Revised) and the ENDCORE(ENCODE・DECODE・CONTROL・REGURATION Model),were used in the survey. The results showed that there was no relationship between grade and empathy, but the first-year students scored significantly higher than the second-year students in the response system of communication skills( P<0.02). Those who were not poor communicators had significantly higher scores in basic skills (P<0.00), interpersonal skills (P<0.00), and expressive skills( P<0.00) than those who were poor communicators. There was a trend toward higher communication skill scores for those who had more shared experiences of being able to understand others, but the difference was not statistically significant. We believe that this is due to the fact that the students realized the difficulty of understanding people of different ages through their practical training and through their involvement with people of various ages. Communication skills were related to grade level and communication difficulties, and shared experiences influenced the acquisition of communication skills.}, pages = {22--33}, title = {看護学生の共感性とコミュニケーションスキルの関連}, volume = {74}, year = {2023}, yomi = {オクダ, レイコ and ヤマモト, ヨウコ and フカダ, ミカ} }
