| 内容記述 | The relation is studied of tool life and feed to chips produced in cutting-off an S20C-D bar with CCT having a chip breaker of inclined groove type, to know an effective method of chip disposal in consideration with tool life. The results are obtained as follows : (1) The more grows the feed, the shorter chips in coil length are produced. (2) The tool with a rake angle of 10° and a width of 6 and 7 mm, respectively, gives the results most convenient for chip disposal with the feed of 0.35mm/rev. | |||||
