| 内容記述 | The author studied, with thin layer chromatography, the separation and determination of carbonyl compounds in pyrolized gases of esters of acetic acids. Methyl acetate was pyrolized at 450, 500, 550, 600, 650, 700, 750 and 800℃, respectively, and, ethyl acetate and n-propyl acetate, at 450, 500, 550, 600, 650 and 700℃, respectively. The results obtained are as follows: (1) The carbonyl compounds in the pyrolized gases of methyl acetate are formaldehyde, acetaldehyde and acetone. Formaldehyde is produced only when pyrolized at higher than 700℃, while acetone is hardly produced in the region higher than 700℃. From ethyl acetate and n-propyl acetate, acetone and acetaldehyde are produced at various temperatures. (2)For the separation of 2, 4-dinitrophenylhydrazone of carbonyl compounds, thin layer N-hexane ethyl acetate(95:5) shows the most satisfactory result as a solvent. | |||||
