| 内容記述 | This study analyzed the psychological effects of continuous glucose monitoring in patients with diabetes who were using the isCGM sensor and investigated effective methods of treatment support. Keyword extraction was performed in Ichushi Web with the terms “diabetes,” “Freestyle Libre,” and “patient” ; then, the identified literature was categorized. Six publications were eligible for inclusion in the analysis. The following 9 categories were extracted:［ ease of measurement］，［ lifestyle change］， ［change of feelings about treatment］，［ discomfort/worry］，［ inaccuracy］，［ cost problems］，［ does not stick well on skin］, and［ perception of difficulty］. Our study found that patients who were monitoring their glucose continuously with the isCGM had higher self-efficacy as a result of successful experiences, verbal persuasion, and physiological and emotional arousal in their daily lives, which increased the patients’ motivation for self-management. On the other hand, some patients felt psychological burdens and difficulties. To avoid self-interruption of treatment, health care providers must accept patients’ feelings and work with them to continuously solve problems and provide support. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
