| 内容記述 | Traumatic superficial femoral artery pseudoaneurysm is managed both surgically and by endovascular treatment. We experienced a case of traumatic superficial femoral artery pseudoaneurysm with right hemothorax and Intestinal necrosis. A 69-year-old man fell from a forklift and was admitted through our emergency department for further inpatient management. Contrast-enhanced computed tomography（CT） showed a right femur fracture with a very small extravasation from right superficial femoral artery. It was treated conservatively as the patient was hemodynamically stable. Patient’s hemodynamic status deteriorated on 10 hours after admission. A CT was repeated which revealed a traumatic right superficial femoral artery pseudoaneurysm. We selected less invasive endovascular therapy using the Viabahn® due to hemodynamic instability as well as worsening right hemothorax and development of intestinal necrosis. The Viabahn® stent graft was placed successfully. The endovascular repair with the Viabahn® stent graft is useful and effective for traumatic pseudoaneurysms of the limbs. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
