| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to develop the fecal occult blood test（FOBT）which is semiquantitative and can observe chronological changes by luminol reaction for experimental animals. Fecal occult blood （FOB） is observed in patients with several gastrointestinal diseases. Fecal occult blood test （FOBT） is one of the major colorectal cancer screenings. Current method of FOBT is the guaiac test and the immunochemical test, and among them, immunochemical test is used widely for colon cancer screening of humans. By contrast, a standard method to detect FOB in experimental animals have not been established. Furthermore, the FOBT describe above are not suitable in quantification and chronological observation. Therefore, a method that is quantitative and can show us the changes over time has been required to clarify the details of disease and the effects of medications in animal models. In this paper, we reported the novel FOBT method by applying a luminol reaction. This method can observe semi-quantitative and chronological changes in animal model, and it is expected to be widely applied in animal experiments. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
