| 内容記述 | The purposes of this study were, first, to identify the effects of third-year nurses’ responses to selfassignments and perceptions of their work environment on their ability to reflect after reflection training, and second, to identify issues that third-year nurses believe will enhance their ability to reflect. Fifty-four participants who attended a reflection training course at a university hospital in a regional city were included in the study. Data were collected retrospectively after completion of the training. Multiple regression analysis was used to identify factors affecting reflective ability. In addition, self-assignments to improve reflective ability were analyzed by qualitative inductive analysis. As a result, the factor influencing the improvement of reflection ability was “growth support from superiors and seniors” in the work environment. The tasks to improve reflection ability were classified into nine categories, with “facing oneself” as the foundation, and “thinking deeply about the patient” as the final central task. The continuation of reflection requires the development of supporters and an environment in which conscious efforts to tackle self-assignments can be practiced. | |||||||||||
