| 内容記述 | 中学校保健体育科における体育理論領域では，多くの体育教師が実施に対して不得手，困難であるという意識を持っている。また生徒も含め，体育理論の学習に対する意義を見出しにくいと思われている背景がある。そこで，本研究では，中学校における体育領域と絡めた実生活に活きる「やりくり」を活用した体育理論授業の開発を目的とし，体育理論で学んだ知識を生かしてオリジナル運動計画を作成し，夏休み中に実際に運動を行うという授業実践を行った。その結果，自分で計画した運動を実践していく中で，運動がもっている様々な効果を実感し，これからも運動を積極的に行っていきたいという肯定的な振り返りが多く認められた。 | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The physical education area in junior high school health and physical education has aspects that make it difficult for both teachers and students to find meaning in their learning, as indicated by previous research showing that physical education teachers are aware that they are not good at implementing physical education theory and that it is difficult for them to do so. Therefore, in this study, with the aim of developing a physical education theory class that utilizes “management” in real-life situations in conjunction with physical education in junior high schools, we conducted a class practice in which students created an original exercise plan and actually performed it during the summer vacation, utilizing the knowledge they learned in physical education theory. As a result, the students realized the various effects of exercise as they practiced the exercise they had planned, and their positive reflections that they would like to continue to actively engage in exercise increased. | |||||||||||||||||
