| 内容記述 | The effect of growth hormons on the elongation of protonema in early stage is investigated in Bartramia pomiformis. The full length of the main axis of prptonema was measured and the number of its total cells was counted, in the protonema cultured on media containing indol acetic achid (IAA),gibberellin A3 (GA3) and kinetin, respectively. GA3 in concentration of 10*-5 M and 10*-4 M promotes the growth of protonema, especially in 10*-4 M axis of protonema is counted. GA3 in the concentration of 10*-4 M and 10*-5 M promotes branching, especially in 10*-5 M the branch reaches 1.8 times as many as that in control. The effect of IAA, GA3 and kinetin on germination of spore is also investigated.Kinetin in concentration of 10*-3 M and 10*-4 M inhibits the germination of spore, and so does 10*-3 M GA3. | |||||
