| 内容記述 | This study aimed at clarifying the labor concept concerning 'work arrangements' among artisans in Japan's architectural trade and manufacture of traditional Japanese paper. The method was questionnaire circulation among builders and verbal asking among paper makers. As a result, the common concept wanted between the two groups was found consisting in "preparation of materials, implements and personnel, grasping the circumstances, keeping the promised data of delivery, and putting things in order." The wanted labor concept of the building artisans only was "jobs allocation, study on charts, making schedules ,and finishing inspection." Considering such feelings, it was concluded that despite differences in laboring manners, the labor concept wanted was little different between the two groups . Thus, the 'work arrangements' here could be defined as "processes toward the target —thinking out the most suitable method and procedure, decision- making, and preparation of implements, etc." | |||||
