A private school rule was revised in 1915. In this revision a gymnastics teacher could find Japanese\u0027s being finished like teacher of ethics, language of the country, history and geography. Therefore they had to graduate the school which the Governor-General of Korea designated, to pass a private school teacher examination, or to have a teaching certificate of the Ministry of Education, Science, Sports and Culture or a prefecture. This was shown that gymnastics are important subject on promoting a colonial policy like language of the country and so on. To carry such colony education policy without exception, the Government- General of Korea held a teacher institute, and established a teacher regulation.
