| 内容記述 | 本校では，毎年心肺蘇生法とAED の使用法についての授業を行っている。授業中の生徒の意欲は高く，バイスタンダーとしての意識が高まり，いのちについて考える機会ともなると感じている。しかし，心肺蘇生に対する意欲は一時的なものかもしれない。また，本校は医療系への進路を考えている生徒が多くいるため，そのような進路を考え医療に対する興味や関心が強い生徒達は，意識や意欲の高まりが大きいのではないかと考えた。そこで本研究は，授業前後と，授業1 ヶ月後にアンケートを行い，心肺蘇生法に対する意欲や意識の変化について分析した。また，生徒の授業の様子や感想を分析した。そして，進路として医療系や救命処置への意識について，関心あり，関心なしの2 群に分け意欲や意識の変化に違いがあるかについて分析した。その結果，本校の心肺蘇生法の授業は生徒の心肺蘇生に対する意欲や意識を高める効果があり，その変化は1 ヶ月後も継続していることがわかった。また，医療系への進路に対する関心あり，なしでは心肺蘇生法に対する意欲や意識は変わらないことがわかった。 | |||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | At our school, we conduct classes on CPR and the use of AED every year. The students are highly motivated during the class, and we feel that the class increases their awareness as bystanders and provides an opportunity for them to think about life. However, the motivation for CPR may be temporary. Since many of our students are considering careers in the medical field, we felt that students who have a strong interest in medicine and are considering such a career path would better understand and be more motivated by the program. Therefore, this study conducted a questionnaire before and after the class and one month after the class to analyze changes in motivation and awareness toward CPR.We also analyzed the students' impressions of the class. The students were divided into two groups: those who were interested and those who were not interested in medical careers and lifesaving procedures, and we analyzed whether there were any differences in their motivation and awareness. The results showed that our CPR classes were effective in increasing students' motivation and awareness of CPR, and that these changes continued after one month. The results also showed that the students' motivation and awareness of CPR did not change depending on whether they were interested or not in pursuing a career in medicine. | |||||||||||||||||||
